Further, we have a dedicated team and tool, Claim Center, whose sole focus is on vendor claim negotiation.

In addition to auditing invoices, TEOCO Audit Services leverages its NEO (Network Evolution and Optimization) tool to create a unified circuit view of billed, inventory, network equipment, and revenue data for clients. From this view, we can provide clients reports showing circuits not in use, not being used, that are underutilized, or not providing adequate margin. TEOCO also uses this tool in completing physical switch or site inspections for clients. Since late 2009, TEOCO has completed over 110 switch site inspections, delivering millions of dollars in savings.
