Cost Management represents a pivotal part of a carrier’s business. The scope of cost management includes managing a cost system, receiving and loading invoices, processing and G/L coding, inventory reconciliation, usage analysis, reporting, accruals, auditing, disputes/claims management, payment, and business analytics. At TEOCO, since 1999, our Managed Services team has been partnering with clients in all of these areas. In this arrangement, TEOCO becomes an extension of your organization in as many areas as you would like. Our engagements are tailored to your needs and can be either on a short-term or long-term basis. Clients have visibility to all their data and can do approvals through web-based tools. TEOCO has global teams providing trusted experience in communication and analysis, and also exceptional value to clients on more repetitive tasks.
Full Managed Services engagements are typically attractive to smaller carriers, allowing them to focus on other areas of the business as they grow. Partial Managed Services engagements are typically attractive to larger carriers. In this type of engagement, TEOCO is focused on a sub-set of client spend or in a particular area such as disconnect research or disputes/claims management. In addition, clients take advantages of our services for process analysis, accrual support, and for short-term staffing needs.
TEOCO backs up all of our engagements with customer-specific service level agreements (SLAs). No SLA penalties have been paid by the TEOCO Managed Services team in the last five years.
