Atul Jain, Chairman & CEO
Atul Jain founded TEOCO Corporation in 1994 with the dream of building a successful business model, not just a successful business. His goal was to build a company that did not compromise its values. Prior to starting TEOCO Corporation, Mr. Jain was with a Silicon Valley firm called TIBCO for seven years. At TIBCO, Mr. Jain's focus was to work with Fortune 500 clients to design and build state-of-the-art software solutions leveraging the company's trademark TIB platform.
Philip M. Giuntini, Vice Chairman & President
Philip M. Giuntini joined TEOCO in February 2000 as Vice Chairman and President, bringing more than thirty years of experience in the consulting and information systems industry to the company. Mr. Giuntini's primary responsibilities include overseeing TEOCO's financial operations. Prior to joining TEOCO, Mr. Giuntini was President and on the Board of Directors of American Management Systems, Inc (AMS), a $1B international business and information technology consulting firm headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia.
John Devolites, General Manager
John Devolites is the General Manager for TEOCO which focuses on solutions for global communication service providers. Prior to joining the company in a full time capacity in February 2004, he served on TEOCO's Board of Directors for four years. Previously, Mr. Devolites served as President of Professional Services for Telcordia. His other work experiences include executive positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, E-Commerce Industries, Andersen, American Management Systems (AMS), Alexander Proudfoot PLC, and Booz Allen Hamilton. He is the author of multiple US patents focused on data mining and storage. Recently, he was elected by the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) to serve on their Board of Directors.
Rob Roy, Business Development Officer & General Manager
Dr. Rob Roy, a well-recognized entrepreneur in the fields of wireless and VLSI system design, joined TEOCO in February 2012. Prior to joining TEOCO, he was Chief of Business Development at Atrenta, a leader in EDA software, and before that a VP of Business Development at SAI Technology. Dr. Roy was a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Strategist at Mobilian Corporation, an advanced wireless connectivity company that was acquired by Intel Corporation in 2003. In addition, Dr. Roy has held engineering and management positions at Intel and NEC. Dr. Roy, who currently holds 15 patents, has published extensively in refereed journals and has been awarded three Best Paper Awards.
Avi Goldstein, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Avi Goldstein joined TEOCO on October 2008 as Corporate Development Officer and was nominated as our CFO on April 2009. Prior to joining TEOCO, Mr. Goldstein co-founded several startup companies as well provided consulting services in the Telecom arena with a strong focus on Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to that Mr. Goldstein served as an Executive Vice President and CFO of ECtel Ltd. (NASDAQ: ECTX) from its establishment until 2005. Mr. Goldstein led ECtel to a successful IPO as well as private placements and M&A activities.
Eitan Naor, General Manager and CEO of TEOCO Ltd.
Eitan Naor joined TEOCO in August 2010 and brings more than 25 years of leadership and experience in the global telecom and service assurance markets. Prior to joining TEOCO, Mr. Naor served as President and CEO of Magic Software (NASDAQ:MGIC), where he led a significant restructure of the business and regained focus in its worldwide network of partners, resulting in a significant increase in sales and a return to profitability in less than one year. Mr. Naor also had great success in his other professional roles, including President and CEO of ECTEL (NASDQ:ECTX, Division President at AMDOCS, and Vice President with ORACLE Israel.
